Please ensure you add your code to the delivery notes. This will allow the courier to access the box.

Hammer Drill and 8mm masonry drill bit required for installation. (not included)

How to use LocknLeave

  • Lift the top Lid and after two seconds a bleep can be heard.
  • Enter the four-digit code number the customer has given you followed by the # symbol.
  • The lid will rise, and the LED will turn green.
  • Pull out the main door and place the parcel inside.
  • Close the door and the lid will close and the LocknLeave will lock.
  • Small envelope parcels can simply be placed in the letterbox opening.

Passcode Mistake Made

If a mistake is made press * key wait for the light to stop flashing and proceed.

Change Master Code

Add a new pin (which will be inputted by the courier)
